ok i hav found with this patch that if you hav a save game from an unpatched version of the game it will not work with the patched version of the game, it seems to creat its own save game and no other save game seems to work with it (NTSC or PAL), although it seems that as well as PAL trainers working NTSC trainers work as well so thats a plus
